Hey Santa Baby must have made a stop in New Mexico for the red chile espreso.

I just made my famous chocolate fudge with red chile……I know sounds bad, bad, bad but it is so hot, hot, hot and sweet too.

While shopping on Monday, I had to buy some red polka dotted paper for GK’s presents and then there was the red with white polka dot dessert bowls that called my name….they said “Becky said it was okay”, so I bought them. tee hee
