Take Me To The River

admin | September 25, 2010

………..

“Take me to the river, drop me in the water.” (Talking Heads )

…………

Well, can´t we just drop the “river thing” ,

and go to the Farmers Market instead ?

I need to buy some tasty apples for the apple pie party

in The Vintage Fairy Tales, this afternoon.

Come and join the party!

……….

Love to all of you/

Becky

Many Rivers To Cross But I Can´t Seem To Find My Way Over

admin | September 18, 2010

……………

“And this loneliness won’t leave me alone
It’s such a drag to be on your own
My woman left me and she didn’t say why
Well, I guess I’ll have to cry”

( Lyrics Jimmy Cliff, The Harder they come the harder they fall )

…………….

Don´t you worry,

no rivers to cross,

no loneliness and unrequited love,

not even slipped disc,

in The Vintage Fairy Tales.

…………….

Happy Happy Weekend/

Becky

When I´m Sixty-Four

admin | September 12, 2010

…………….

…………..

“When I get older, losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings, bottle of wine?” ( The Beatles )

………..

The thought of losing my hair has never scared me that much,

my fear is rather that the hair will start growing when I get older!

However, now I can relax.

I have found the right equipment.

………..

Love to all of you!!!!

Becky

……………

“fall is here, hear the yell
back to school, ring the bell
brand new shoes, walking blues
climb the fence, book and pens
i can tell that we are gonna be friends

walk with me, suzy lee
through the park, by the tree
we will rest upon the ground
and look at all the bugs we’ve found
then safely walk to school
without a sound” (lyrics,The White Stripes )
